4.00Hugely helpful, friendly and a lot of fun. Our guide really helped us with luggage storage. He also showed us a few hidden gems which was much appreciated. We were disappointed not to get to le Petit Trianon - but that wasn’t his fault. As a group I think we would have preferred more in depth historical guiding although it was clear he knew his stuff.

Our guide Polina is amazing, She is very knowledgable about the history and stories of Versailles, gave both my husband and I an eye-opening and in depth understanding of the palace, the garden and historical figures behind. Polina is very patient and answered all my questions the palace, the paintings there and the history behind. The golf cart tour is certainly a wise choice for such a big garden of Versailles. Polina would stop at different points in the garden and take us for short walks at the mesmerising structures and points in the garden, e.g. the fountains, explained the story behind and helped us to take pictures. I am very pleased with the visit given the packed schedule of us. The golf cart tour is certainly a good pick for elderlies. I will buy this service for my parents when they visit Versailles in the future. Last but not least, the skip-the-line ticket is dfinitely a wise choice given so many visitors to Versailles each day. (so glad we saved much time from lining up at the entrance, and for the golf cart.
