5.00We had a wonderful day tour from Vienna to Hallstatt and Salzburg! Izzy was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole day run so smoothly for us. Both Hallstatt and Salzburg are absolutely stunning-such a beautiful part of Austria. If you have the time, they're definitely worth spending more time in, but this tour is a fantastic way to experience both in one day. The complimentary photo was such an added bonus that my parents and I truly appreciated! A big shoutout as well to Izzy's work partner (apologies for forgetting his name) who took our pictures and served us coffee on the bus—he was very helpful and made the day even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00Seeing Budapest’s Parliament by the river was the highlight for me. The whole city was alive and full of energy. I also loved how quiet and peaceful Bratislava felt in the morning. The contrast made the day even better.

5.00I went with a group of friends, and it was so much fun. We laughed, explored, and took hundreds of photos. Bratislava was charming with its small streets, and Budapest was the perfect place to end the day.

5.00Our guide Ansh was awesome!! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the areas we visited. He had the best tips on where to eat and get the best views. We loved Bratislava and Budapest! This was a highlight of our trip. The pick-up and drop-off at our hotel was also a nice bonus!!

1.00The tour started with major miscommunication. Thought we would be going by at least a mini bus. We went on Viator tour in Copenhagen on such a vehicle which was good. I was emailing for more information2-3 days before to get more information and nothing till the night before. My wife has bad knees and wanted to ensure this would not pose a problem. This was now past the 24 hour cancellation window. We did get the pickup point confirmed but much earlier than expected and since we needed to travel to it had to scramble to make that work with the earlier time. Also we expected the vehicle to be at least a mini bus. 16-20 passenger and instead we were offered a car. Richard the driver said to crawl into the back and it would be fine. He had no understanding of my wife’s condition or disability. Her knees don’t work and crawling into a seat is very painful and said pain would last all day. Richard said he would talk to the tour operator which found out later did not happen. I spend the next day or two working to contact Viator about refund and after exchanging several emails no refund or even partial refund is offered. If you want a tour that crams you in to a vehicle for hours (7 passenger car for 6 people and driver ) and them to treat you like dirt if anything goes wrong the this tour may be fine for you. If you are over 50 and have any health issues at all don’t book here and don’t book with Richard as your driver. Had no sympathy for our situation or that I could not have my wife and I take part in any of the tour. Please spend extra and get a better tour operator And guide.
