We booked this tour and they cancelled on us at the very last minute. Not only had we wasted over 40 euros to get to the Palace, but the regular tickets to enter were sold out. The tour owner said the reason was kids were not allowed in the palace because it was too crowded. He also messaged me he was in London and talked down to me. The messages were appalling and it was clear they just didn’t have anyone in Vienna to work. We went up to the Palace and showed them the messages and they said kids are allowed in the palace and nothing they were saying was true. We reported the company for this as they sold us 3 children’s tickets, but then said kids were not allowed. Luckily, the palace took sympathy on us and allowed us to enter. (The messages were truly this mean!) I had to block the tour owner because they would not stop berating me. Be smart and just book with the palace directly. It’s a quarter of the price and they offer free audio guides. A wonderful experience and no guide is needed. This is a rip off!

Our guide brought Maria Theresia’s era to life with rich stories and vivid details. Walking through the grand halls felt like stepping back in time. The palace interiors were stunning, and every room had its own charm and history. A truly memorable and elegant experience.

The Maria Theresia tour gives a more intimate tour and special access to additional areas of the palace. Philip, our guide, was amazing and very knowledgeable. Had a great conversation with him about his recent trip to Boston where we're from. A must when visiting Vienna
