1.00We were so excited when we bought the Vienna Welcome Card online for our trip, but the confirmation email had no 8-digit activation code anywhere. Customer support was an absolute disappointment: the supplier never replied—not once, leaving us completely in the dark. The only phone number listed rang endlessly or went straight to a dead line, unavailable no matter how many times we tried from different phones and times of day. This heartless silence and missing-code nightmare turned our eagerly awaited holiday into a stressful, money-wasting ordeal from the start, leaving us furious, helpless, and swearing off digital tourist passes forever.

5.00The card works perfectly in all public transport in Vienna! Online activation was a bit slower due to the time that elapsed between activation the 8-digit codes to be received.

4.00If the stay in the city is longer than 24 hours the Card is quite convenient if you use public transport. I suggest to evaluate before your stay the routes and tourist sites (museums and more) to evaluate its convenience. for example in some museums there is only a discount for full ticket. It is not worthwhile to do the package with an airport ticket, because the ticket for the airport with light rail OBB already with Vienna city card costs only € 2.50
