This exclusive and unique wine experience will immerse your senses and imagination in the wine world !!Our two-hour winemaking session aims not only to teach you how to taste wine but also how to make your own personalized Bottle of Wine to take with you at home!! You will get to sample and carefully select the grape varieties you want in your wine, mix, try, taste again, make improvements, and finally make your own wine under the guidance of a qualified sommelier. After doing this, you'll bottle your wine ,wax your bottle and design a custom label for your very own wine bottle, so you can take your own bottle of wine with you when you leave our atelier!

What To Expect
The mission of our winemaking workshop is to create your own personalized bottle of wine to take with you at home and discover your inner winemaker! Experience blending various wines produced from various grape varieties, personalize your label, manually cork, and wax your bottle, and you'll have a completely customized cuvée. Learn about how to taste wine and craft your own bottle step-by-step with a sommelier by your side. Determine the qualities of five different Greek rare grape varieties, taste and observe the color's, feel the textures, smell the different aromas, and discover their different characteristics. Assume the role of an oenologist and craft your own blend, to project your unique personality. Lastly, you will cork, label, and wax your mix to finish this session. If you are seeking for the perfect gift idea, here it is! A fantastic experience to offer or to treat yourself to a fun, light-hearted moment with our wine aficionados...

5.00This was truly an unforgettable experience! The host was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the art of wine blending both educational and fun. We learned so much about the different varietals and how small adjustments can completely change a wine’s character. The setting was beautiful, the atmosphere relaxed yet professional, and the tasting was exceptional. Creating our own unique blend to take home was the highlight! Highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves wine or simply enjoys something unique and memorable.

5.00A truly wonderful activity to do while in Athens. Yannis was so lovely and knowledgeable and you could see his passion for wine in the way he spoke about it. I’ve done a lot of wine tastings in Greece and this wine making was so much more fun and I felt like it got more knowledge about the wine itself. It was so much fun making your own (I’m not even a red wine fan and still loved the wine I ended up making) I would 100% recommend anyone visiting Athens to have this on their to do list!
