1.00We booked this activity more than a month prior (on 6/2/24), with Chase Travel, using points. When we arrived at City Tours & Excursions yesterday (7/13/24 - our last day in Zurich), with print outs of our activity, including confirmation number and voucher, we were told that Yo Tours had cancelled us two days prior (on 7/11/24). We were not notified of this. Being a Saturday, the remaining tours for the day were fully booked. When we, as well as Chase Travel, attempted to call Yo Tours, it did not seem to be a valid number as the call would not go through. In the reviews, we are now reading about similar instances regarding Yo Tours. There are other companies that do a similar tour - it would be best to book through those companies to avoid what we, as well as others in reading the reviews, went through. Chase Travel refunded our points, but we were disappointed nonetheless as we were not expecting to spend our last day in Zurich this way.

1.00It was an awful experience and never again I am going to plan nothing with Viator. They confirmed a trip through another tour that doesn’t even exist I came to the meeting point for my tour and was informed that our names were not there and the tour was full in conclusion I didn’t have my excursion and. Want my money back. I am extremely upset and disappointed.

1.00Tour was canceled. Booked on the only day with nice weather for our trip. Would not recommend or use this tour operator.
The tour itself is a great experience! But to be clear this is just a booking agency, not the direct tour operator.

2.00The experience itself was great if you have a short stay in Zurich and need a guide to show you the key places, especially the Lindt museum where tickets are in short supply and may not be available so the only way would be through a tour. But to be very clear, this Viator option is through a ticket agency (Yo Tours) so if possible book with the tour operator directly first which is with Best of Switzerland tours. The agency will book with them and they ended up putting us in a different time than I wanted so as much as the option was there. We were lucky enough that there were no shows so Best of Switzerland were really nice and got us in. In hindsight, directly book with the tour operator as much as possible which is also cheaper. Otherwise, regardless of what this agency does, you are still in the hands of the tour operator (BOS).
