5.00The stops are great. A good way to get around London and see all the sites. Top view sales rep Mohammed Mohsin was very knowledgeable and helped us to reserve all our tours by downloading the top view app for us as we were having issues getting a barcode. He gave us suggestions on which routes to take first. He was very very helpful to us Americans in a city we are unfamiliar with.

1.00I had to cancel my trip and was refused a refund, even though I had spent a lot of money on numerous trips. I'm not impressed with the lame excuses given.

4.00It was a little hard to find the bus stops where these particular buses stopped (Top View) but once you were in, you could figure it out as they stopped. other than that; we enjoyed the freedom of riding around and getting in and off when we wanted. There are a whole slew of hop on hop off bus companies, and it’s not obvious which tour company your tickets are with, so be sure to read and scroll through everything to make sure you get in the right one.
