Definitely a fun outing. The guide plans a series of stops on the running tour for people to catch their breath and hydrate while taking in the sights along the bridge, and they're versed in enough facts and fun details about the bridge, river, and surrounding area to cover the full length of the tour whether you walk or run. The distance is agreeable even for someone who doesn't go on runs in their own time, but you'll certainly want water! The guide does provide small bottles and electrolyte packs if you forget to bring your own, though.

Amelia is an excellent guide. She has a knowledge of the city and explained much of the History of where we jogged. For those who want to get exercise and see the Sites near the Franklin Bridge, this is a must.

My experience was nothing short of fantastic, Amelia was incredibly informative throughout the tour from beginning to end. The sights that were accompanied by the facts were wonderful , learning more and more about Philadelphia, and especially the bridge itself was awesome. I recommend this to any and all who not only want to get a great workout in, but also buff up your history knowledge!

Great experience. The run is great for all fitness levels, good workout, learned things about the city as I ran. There was plenty of breaks if needed.
