4.00The meeting point instructions were quite confusing. I finally found the assistants on the corner of piazza San Marco and Ricasoli which is a block north of the loggiato of accademia delle belle Arti sign. Then you need to speak up regarding the type of ticket and time you purchased. Then you are in!

3.00Other than handing us a ticket they didn’t provide any other service. We still have to stand in line, but I guess it’s just a shorter line. Of course the actual museum was great to visit and seeing the magnificent David. But it would be nice if tickets were available online at the regular price and not be marked up by vendors.

2.00The hosts were hard to locate, handed us tickets for a later time than we booked. Fortunately, a museum employee took pity on us and let us in at the time we booked. Good thing since we had a flight to catch. Also, the hosts made us wait to get in line even though our whole group was there - which landed us behind a huge tour group and made our wait longer.
