5.00Our visit to the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s David was smooth and well-organized. It was easy to meet up with our guide and get our tickets, and she was friendly and even gave us a great local coffee recommendation while we waited. Overall, the process was simple, and the experience of seeing David in person was absolutely worth it!

4.00Received tickets at meeting point. The only strange thing is when we met to pick up our tickets they were for a later entry time than I actually purchased. Like 2 hours later. It ended up being ok because I gave us enough time between tours to get to our second one, but it still was not exactly what I agreed to purchasing.

5.00Entrance to the museum was on time and ran smoothly. Had plenty of time to admire the artwork. Seeing Michelangelo's "David" was our main interest but there were also many other pieces to discover and enjoy. It was a little difficult to find. Would recommend this museum.

1.00This is not skip the line. They claim it is hence the extra costs but they literally hand you a ticket which costs 16 euro and you wait in line with everyone else. Absolutely ridiculous.

5.00We checked in and got 3 admission tickets from a person wearing blue attire at the meeting location. We had priority entrance and didn’t wait in line. We entered with everyone from Viator group at 8:30AM time. Would recommend getting tickets with Viator!
