We did the pasta and tiramisu making class today with Clive and it was incredible! The knowledge shared was next level and Clive was such an incredible man, was so kind and caring for all members of the group. Peter was also extremely helpful and friendly and helped to make the class run perfectly! Thanks so much for the amazing experience, and a huge grazie to Clive and Peter!

I absolutely loved it! I never thought that I could make such a beautiful tiramisu, or that I had any talent in making fresh pasta, but apparently I do! Our instructor was very friendly and helpful, and answered all our questions. Definitely worth it!

Class was informative and fun. The wine was also appreciated! The best part was actually sitting down to share our meal after the chef beautifully finished our novice attempts. Great group of people. Instructor was perfect.

It was a truly outstanding experience. Chef Clive’s passion and expertise were evident as he guided us through each step, explaining everything with care and clarity. The food was brilliant and the unlimited supply of wine was a nice touch. Highly recommend!!!

From the minute we arrived, our host and chef, Alessandro, was great. We had fun, drank some wine and ate the fruits of our labour. I would happily go back again

This was such an amazing cooking class! Made ravioli, fettuccini, and tiramisu and it was amazing. Just the self right hands on vs coaching to feel comfortable trying all these things at home. We’re already planning a pasta making party with the rest of the family. Highly recommend doing a cooking class if you are traveling to Italy!
