My husband and I attended this class today and I can honestly say it was one of the best things we have done during our 60 days in Europe! Chef Clive made the class so much fun and we were so proud of ourselves for making ravioli, tagliatelle, and tiramisu! We then ate it as a group and had prosecco and wine! I highly recommend it!

Ambar was a character and really knew exactly how to motivate us and have fun with us. The convivial nature of the class allowed for great conversations. Plus, we really did learn a lot about the process of making pasta and tiramisu. The restaurant was closing and nobody wanted to leave if you can believe that.

We had a small group of three, me and a newlywed couple from Texas. I loved the group size! We were able to interact with with Amber, our host, and ask questions as needed. Amber was a wealth of knowledge! I feel like I can go home and replicate the recipes in a manner that would make Amber proud!

Chef Clive is the man: Knowledgeable, entertaining, great musical taste. I take home with me the skills to crank out killer pasta and tiramisu that’ll make my friends swear I’m lying when I tell them I made it. Also, “Unlimited Wine” is accurate. Would, and do, recommend.

We had an amazing experience with The Florence Food Tour cooking class, especially with Chef Clive. He was the absolute best! He was fun, informative, and kept the whole group laughing while teaching real techniques and sharing great insights about cuisine. It felt relaxed, engaging, and genuinely memorable. We learned a lot and ate incredibly well. Highly recommend!!! I’ve been to several of these classes and Clive just makes us want to come back again and again.
