1.00We had this booked for months and the bbq buoys cancelled it because of weather conditions which was fine. Now I’ve sent 4 emails and 2 unanswered phone calls asking for my refund and I’ve had no response. I can’t contact anyone and no one is contacting me back. I’m about to go to an ombudsman because I’ve had enough. It shouldn’t be this hard.
