The date you book is the date you will visit Alcatraz Island
After confirming your booking, you will be given a precise Alcatraz departure time. Once on the island, guests may leave at any time as ferries depart every 30 to 40 minutes; the last departing ferry is usually 6:30pm.
The Alcatraz date cannot be adjusted after booking
All travelers first and last names are required upon booking
For security purposes, a government-issued photo ID is required for all guests to board the Alcatraz ferry
Self-Guided Audio guided tour lasts between 2.5- 3 hours
Alcatraz audio tour is available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Mandarin, Portuguese and Korean
Alcatraz voucher and a valid photo ID for all travelers will be required to pick up your Alcatraz tickets at Pier 33
Your bike tour will be reserved for the day after your Alcatraz trip.
Your Guided bike tour starts in Fisherman’s Wharf and takes you through the city of SF, the best way- on an e-bike!
Electric Bike Tour is 15 miles and lasts up to 4 hours
Credit card with ID (one per party) is required to be on file for a security deposit

What To Expect
Alcatraz Island
On day 1, enjoy the official trip to Alcatraz island, with ferry tickets to and from the island and a 2.5 audio guided tour of the island. We recommend 2/3 hours on the island, but guests can stay and experience prison for as long as they'd like!
Fisherman's Wharf
On day 2, the tour begins in one of the only true Fisherman's Wharfs left in the country. Tour departs from our Fisherman's Wharf Tour Center at 2661 Taylor Street.

5.00We had a great trip with Adam as our guide. He is just so knowledgeable about his city and by the end we felt we’d really learnt so much and seen so much. We’d never have covered so much ground in 4 hours by foot. Gave us a great overview of San Francisco. We felt very safe with him on the roads and cycle tracks as he really looks out for you.

5.00We did this tour in early September with our guide Adam. Adam takes his duties very seriously and has given a good tour. He was very busy answering for everything he did, but it came from a good heart. He showed us some nice neighborhoods of the city and had great stories about it. I would definitely recommend this.

5.00We enjoyed both Alcatraz and Bay City Electric Bikes. We traveled with a 10 and 13 year old and did the city tour. Steve customized our tour to accommodate the kids ages and abilities. Definitely recommend!

5.00Recently did an Alcatraz & Streets of San Francisco tour package. The first day I visited the wonderful folks at the Taylor Street tour center. The manager and entire team made my experience so special. The staff is super knowledgeable. We departed for this tour on brand new Beyond electric bicycles for a tour that showed us all of the highlights of the city. We never got tired because the electric bikes had multiple settings! Highlight of this tour was seeing the views of the city of San Francisco from Dolores park! Next day we headed to Alcatraz Island and had a really fun time learning about the history of the island. This 2 1/2 our audio guided tour made our experience to this historic landmark very memorable. Cannot wait to come back again!

5.00Made my reservation for this tour since it was the only way to get Alcatraz tix on short notice. Glad I did. The e-bike tour with Steve was more than I expected. The ride was easy with the electric bike and saw many parts of the city with a history lesson. Never would of seen this much on my own. Was definitely an afternoon well spent. The ticket information for Alcatraz was seamless too. Do recommend this tour and company.
