What To Expect

Playa Conchal

During the ride you will stop at various beaches and if conditions permit you can snorkel too! Watch out for monkeys and iguanas and other wildlife along the way. You'll pass through small towns on back roads seeing the typical Guanacaste scenery.

If you want to do something fun in Tamarindo go ahead and contact Xplore!! Since the beginning Oliver provided us great recommendations about what to do in Tamarindo area. We were not looking for something crazy as we are seniors so he recommend us the ATV tour in Conchal and Brasilita. The guide was great and very pacient with us. If you are looking for a reliable and serious company... just Xplore

Had a wonderful time with our family of 4 teenaged or adult children riding ATVs along dirt roads i Tamarindo that lead to spectacular beaches. The team was so attentive they actually took pictures of us while ATVins and were careful to place flowers on my daughters and my helmet for an added touch. When we arrived we saw them sanitizing all the equipment which was very reassuring. Our tour was supposed to last a couple of hours but ended up closer to three because we were encouraged to visit stunning beaches. Great afternoon

Good morning, this is my last night here in Costa Rica I just wanted to say thank you and your staff for your hospitality along this trip. Esteban and the ATV driver we're excellent and we couldn't have had a more amazing ATV tour here in your state without them. Again thank you Denise, I appreciate you and Esteban patience with this group (it's been more then experience with me too with this group). PURA VIDA The explore team was very professional and communicated well, I can't even imagine trying to run a business with tourist and all their wants. My group was so unprofessional and the team handled it beyond excellent. I couldn't speak more highly of Denise and her team

I did the ATV tour at 8AM with my boyfriend and absolutely loved it. It was the best activity that we did and would 100% do it again and recommend. It was beautiful to see the countryside in such a unique way and also see the most beautiful beaches the area has to offer. Wouldn't change a thing!! I'd recommend wearing a bathing suit and clothes you don't mind getting dirt on, also bring a camera! Bags can be strapped on the ATV so my purse was fine. I would love to this again!! Well worth the money.

The team at Xplore Costa Rica is first rate and go above and beyond to make it a truly nejoyable travel experience. We have booked all our excursions through them over several years without fail or disappointment. The buses are clean and new nad the drivers very pleasant. they aslo help us iwht our transport to and from the airport at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this company!!!

We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Rigo was our tour guide; he was exceptional! Though novices on ATVs, we felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. We explored many beaches near Tamarindo and Brasilito, and saw monkeys in the wild. Ask for a p.m. tour with spectacular sunset ending!
