What To Expect
The collection point will be at the Ángel de la Independencia. We have two schedules: 4:15 a.m. or 6:15 a.m. approximately, depending on the flight time you choose, we will be confirming the exact time by message via WhatsApp. We need to be attentive to your messages one day before your flight. The transport will be waiting for you and will locate you by name. We will give you transport information and we will be in contact with you.

5.00Had a great time up in the air!🎈 Thought it’s just a quick balloon ride but it’s longer and had lot of time to take photos and videos and see the pyramids up close! Staff are all lovely and friendly.🩵

5.00The sunrise balloon ride was amazing! The communication was great, even for someone who speaks little spanish. They picked me up from my Airbnb on time and offered a buffet breakfast before going to the balloon location. The views were amazing, and the driver was super friendly and accommodating, and brought us back to the pyramids after breakfast for us to walk around and see them close up. I highly recommend this for a single traveler or for a group. 10/10

From start to finish, everything was incredibly well-organized and smoothly coordinated. Our driver, Joel, picked us up from the hotel and took great care of us throughout the journey—he was fantastic! The balloon ride itself was breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic views of the pyramids as the sun rose. It’s truly one of the best experiences of my life, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Mexico City. To top it off, the buffet breakfast after the flight was a great option, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you’re considering a hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacan, this is definitely the way to do it!

5.00This was a wonderful experience. Joel was a great host. He was prompt on arriving and was very knowledgeable about Teotihuacan. The balloon ride was beautiful. Very romantic. Very smooth ride and landing. My love and I will definitely do it again when next in Mexico City.

5.00驾驶员技术一流，完美着陆在车上，让我嘲笑了周围热气球全靠人拖到车上。 飞行体验很好，很稳！下次可以让我介绍大家来。 The pilot was first class and landed perfectly in the car, making me laugh at the fact that the hot air balloons around here are all towed to the car by people. The flight experience was great and very stable! Next time let me refer people.
