Staff members were very helpful and kind, no issues at all. Was very fun, would highly recommend to anyone looking to ride the hot air balloons. They take lots of photos for couples and yourself, they also have a drone.

This was a great experience, Antonia was the pilot and he was very fun and experienced. Beautiful views in the air with all the balloons. Staff is friendly . Would do it again
