Operating Schedule:The tour departs at 7:30pm from Big Bus Stop #12: London Eye located on Westminster Bridge Road at the bus stop next to Lion Statue, outside London Marriot County Hall. Show your ticket to a uniformed Big Bus team member at the stop. Please arrive 15 minutes early to secure your seat and ensure a timely departure.

Traffic in the city can make this much harder to get around on the bus

We’ve been on many Big Bus tours but this one was not as good. With traffic in the city it was very hard to quickly get around. We were able to get to our first stop relatively easy but our next stop we wanted to get to was looking to take us over 1 1/2 hours to go but like 5 miles away. So we ended up ditching the bus and taking the underground instead.

We totally missed the bus by 9 minutes. It was raining very hard and by the time we arrived to the starting point we were told that there was no way for us to catch up to the bus. I didn’t understand that it was a continuous 2 hour ride . I thought it was a Hop on Hop off but I was told it wasn’t. Very disappointed as we were traveling from the USA and we’re leaving the next morning.

drivers are mean and give u wrong information. buses are always late and dirty and please say to your drivers that they have to be nice to tourist because that’s what they gain money from. thank u

Totally not reliable, waiting for over a hour for a bus. Ruined the day. Customer service doesn’t exist. Don’t use again

This was by far the worst hop on hop off I’ve done in Europe. At each stop we waited an average of 45 minutes for the bus to show up even when the workers on the street said it would be 10 minutes. Even then we had to stand on the bus because no seats were available. Instead of going the route listed it said we had to go an alternate route every time because of road work. So instead of seeing the highlights of London we were on old back streets not near any points of interest. The other hop on and off busses all came and went in a timely manner while those of us with Big Bus tickets waited and waited. There were 4 of us so I wasted over 150 pounds. I’m furious.

We had a 24-hour pass At the end of the day we took the blue line; after a stop the driver advises us to get off and take the red line. A red line bus arrives and tells us that it has finished that we have to take a blue line... Finally no bus of a blue line arrives and we have to take an Uber... Several people have been in the same case as us. Nurturing the Lack of Service
