1.00Be very careful booking this for tickets to Villa Borghese. We booked for an entry at 11am and planned our day around that. The afternoon before our day to visit I received tickets for 5:45pm. I sent a message to Viator and the provider and received no reply. Very disappointed. Be cautious using this service.

1.00Extremely poor communication. Tour time was changed by several hours without our agreement or acceptance. Tour operator did not communicate with us at all regarding the change despite numerous emails and phone calls that were all to this minute gone unanswered. We were really looking forward to this tour and are very disappointed with how it was handled.

1.00This may company may be a scam. We booked for a 3pm visit at the Borghese gallery. At 12:27 pm the company messaged us thru Viatar stating that our 3pm booking needed to be changed to 9am. Since they didn't send the message until 3.5 hours after the event were unaware of the change. I was unable to request a refund since the company stated that we attended the gallery to which there was no way we could have.
If your short of time, this is perfect
