Brunelleschi's Dome and Cathedral Complex Reserved Ticket (3-Day Pass) The electronic ticket scanning process was quick and easy, and the guides at each gate were friendly and helpful. We unfortunately missed our appointed time to climb the dome, but the staff kindly informed us that we could return and wait in line at any time to make the climb, which was a nice surprise. The 3-day pass is a simple, affordable, and flexible way to experience all the highlights of the Cathedral Complex at your own pace. It’s perfect for those who want to take their time exploring and revisiting the stunning sites of Florence. Highly recommend!

This was a 10/10 experience HOWEVER, I don’t know where I missed this detail but your Trip Advisor voucher with the bar code is not the ticket needed for entry. It needs to be the ticket for the Brunelleschi Pass B2B (the official ticket) for entry. No one at the Cathedral or Dome will be able to help you. We had to call the number on the “Walks in Town” website and once we did that, the person, who was awesome btw, told me the tickets were in my What’s App and also texted them to me immediately. All was right with the world and we made it back to the line in time!

What a place Florence. We loved the experience of climbing the Duomo. I certainly recommend climbing at sunset, because the views are spectacular, but... if you see prepared to exercise a lot... they are MANY steps, but it is very worth the effort. The cathedral is absolutely beautiful. We had some problems because they changed our ticket schedule, but finally we were able to make the view.

  • Excellent!!!

Tickets worked without issue, and communications were clear and precise. We used our slotted time for the climb to the Cupola, and then access to the Baptistry and Crypt the following days. No problems. I’d recommend that buyers print the tickets and also e-mail and/or screenshot them for the follow up visits….the link through TripAdvisor “expires” after the first use or at the end of the scheduled climb day. A must do in Firenze! But the warnings about the steps and climb are no joke. It’s 480+ steps up steep and circular staircases and could feel claustrophobic to some.

Outstanding opportunity to see the inside of the cathedral.. the Michael Angelo cuppola...and all of Firenze from the top. Beautiful. The steps are not for the faint of heart, legs, or lungs. Im 68 yrs old..in great shape and did just fine. Several did not. The last 50 steps are straight up!! Is a MUST experience!

Great tickets that get you into every site. The museum is huge so dedicate some time to it. Comfortable shoes are a must and it wouldn’t hurt to practice some cardio before doing the dome or the tower.
