  Exceptional dive experience with the Dive Machine. From the time I booked the trip to the actually day of diving, the representative was in constant communication with me via WhatsApp. I had done many dive excursions around the world and Paulina was by far one of the best. She was helpful, friendly and professional. She was very detail oriented which gave me comfort for a safe dive. The pre dive presentation was very thorough. We all knew what we were supported to do once we entered the water. The Bull Sharks experience was beyond believe. Seeing those incredible animals swimming just a few feet away from you was unbelievable.

  I dived with Ricardo as a guide in the Cenote Chac Mool. This was great and highly recommended for every diver. Richard is a very good guide who works safely and relaxed with his group and shared a lot of information. Top guide! Then the dive itself were two separate dives and in terms of scenery, panoramas and Mood breathtaking. Thanks for this great experience Ricatdo and who knows until next time. Kick

  Second dive adventure with the Dive machine, today was cenote diving with Pancho , bucket list one for me , something I’ve wanted to do every time I’ve come to Mexico, I’d definitely recommend, I’d happily dive with any member of the team thanks for some great memories

  First time diving in a cenote, and it was an amazing experience! We went with Freya, who was a great instructor and made us feel very safe during the two dives. I will definitely go diving in a new cenote with The Dive Machine the next time I visit!

  What a fantastic experience with The Dive Machine in Tulum! I was picked up and dropped off in front of my Hotel, and had the pleasure of spending the day with Divemaster Freya, whose fun British accent is not fading at all. It had been years since I dove, so I was a bit rusty, but Freya was patient with me in my refresher course and very professional. She knew her stuff and I felt very safe with her as my guide through the Cenotes. This is much different than a reef or wreck dive, but in the best way...you feel like you are going back in time, lighting up fossils in some underwater rock museum. We missed the Manatee that day, but we spotted a crocodile, or was it an alligator? The rest of the staff and their cute dogs were super friendly too, and did I mention the homemade lunchbox sandwich, fruit & cookies, delicious! This was one of my more memorable diving experiences. I'd highly recommend you have The Dive Machine take care of your SCUBA needs in Playa del Carmen.

  Excellent hope is I went with my 13-year-old son and we got him a full doctorate. An experience that mixes challenge, adrenaline, security, awe of nature, tranquility and peace, and containment with people super well prepared to accompany us and guide us in this experience

  Thanks Freya for your patience and for teaching me the first stage of my course, I had a lot of fun with you and learned too much, you are a great instructor. Hope to see you in Baja California. Paulina, thank you for your kindness, for teaching me so much, for your patience, for being so cute, for giving me so much security when diving. I really enjoyed diving with you and hope there are more! Thank you the Dive machine for being so special, detailed, a great dive center and thank you for taking me to different places I didn't know. 100% recommended and look forward to seeing you again.
