1.00Terrible experience . Went to Dubai and went to pull up my tickets at the event which was confirmed and paid for months in advance to find out they canceled the day before for no reason. I called and they gave me some bs excuse and told me there was no other tickets available for that day. I went straight to building and was able to get tickets for cheaper and for that same day. I will never use Viator again!

5.00We went on NYs eve at 4.30pm. The day was a bit foggy but you could still get good views. I'm not keen on heights but I made myself do it!

5.00This is a must when you visit... the views were simply AMAZING!!!! The only negative thing I have to say the gift shop was over priced $75 for a picture. But other than that please visit

3.00Getting to the top was organised, but coming back down was not, people jumping queue. There was a simulation but wasn't working or if it was there was no one to ask how to use it.
