You’ve got to do it in Dubai haven’t you! We went at 10am and it was really quiet, no queues whatsoever and not too busy at the top at all. Husband and son don’t particularly like heights so we weren’t up too long but long enough to see all the great views.

This was hands down the worst experience we had in Dubai. We booked the 7:30 PM , non-peak, Thursday night time slot expecting a smooth, premium experience and a stunning city view — what we got was 3+ hours of standing in queues with no seating, no food or water access, and zero communication from staff. When we finally made it up, the deck was so overcrowded we couldn’t even enjoy the view. To make things worse, there was a disturbing incident where a man was allegedly sexually harassing another guest’s sister, and staff did absolutely nothing. They just continued shouting at people and pushing crowds along like cattle. It then took another 2 hours just to get back down, again with no guidance or crowd management. I had my children with me — we were exhausted, stressed, and stuck for hours in what felt like chaos. There is no transparency about how long the entire experience actually takes. If I had known, I would never have gone. This is marketed as a world-class attraction — in reality, it’s an unsafe, overcrowded, and shockingly mismanaged tourist trap. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

We have recently visited Dubai to see friends & spent 8 nights there. We experienced many wonderful sites during our stay but without a doubt to have breakfast on our 1st morning overlooking the landscape of Dubai on the 123rd floor of the Berj Khalifa was truly jaw dropping. When we arrived at the hotel I couldn't believe the shear size of the building & how imposing it is on the Dubai landscape. When we entered the lift to go up to the restaurant it only took a few seconds to get to there & during this brief ride we experienced ear popping probably due to the quick change in height. Anyway, when we got to the reception area we were greeted then taken to our table which was fully over looking the city. Words cannot describe that initial view from such a high vantage point. Now, we get down to the food, surroundings & service. It was all exceptional and it enhanced our experience. Our waiter looked after us in style & he was also humerous so we enjoyed funny exchanges which I feel he enjoyed. Once we had finished our food - the eggs Benidict was to die for, we just sat and chatted with our friends & just enjoyed the totally relaxing ambience. To recap, this experience for strangers to Dubai was unforgettable but it was enhanced by the true beauty of the building internally & externally. In my opinion the cost of what we received was exceptional & I would recommend everyone look into doing this.

Terrible experience . Went to Dubai and went to pull up my tickets at the event which was confirmed and paid for months in advance to find out they canceled the day before for no reason. I called and they gave me some bs excuse and told me there was no other tickets available for that day. I went straight to building and was able to get tickets for cheaper and for that same day. I will never use Viator again!

Not only is Burj Khalifa the world's tallest building but it has also broken two other impressive records: tallest structure, previously held by the KVLY-TV mast in Blanchard, North Dakota, and tallest free-standing structure, previously held by Toronto's CN Tower.

They never delivered the tickets. We stood near the ticket counter for an hour, with no response. Thankfully a full refund was issued, but I definitely would have rather got the tickets. Better to just buy on site or on the Burj Khalifa website.

We went on NYs eve at 4.30pm. The day was a bit foggy but you could still get good views. I'm not keen on heights but I made myself do it!

This is a typical tourist attraction, so if you really want to do this, buy a SKY ticket or FAST TRACK if you are planning to go at peak hours - it will make the experience so much more enjoyable. The tickets from this vendor were "general admission" and didn't skip any of the lines, other than to buy the ticket itself, so there was no reason to pay the extra cost. At 3:30 pm, we waited for a least 1 hour to go up AND 1 hour to go down. I actually bought a 4:00 ticket and was told I couldn't have that time after purchase. As for the attraction, it's a tall building with some nice views. If you are there with kids or a special occasion, they have photographers there to sell packages. While there, I saw advertisements for "experiences" on floors 140, which might be less touristy.
