5.00Very comfortable bus ride. You will be picked up directly from the hotel in Hanoi, taken to the bus, you can decide whether to take the ferry to Cat Ba Island or by cable car (small extra charge) and then be taken to the hotel in Cat Ba! Super Service!

5.00Transfer were easy and seamless. Bus pickup from hotel in Hanoi, then boat transfer to Cat Ba and then hotel drop off in Cathy Ba. The guide was great and it was relatively cheap (about $17 AUD each way). It’s about a 2 hour drive from Hanoi to the boat and they stop about halfway for a restroom break. Would happily use them again.

5.00They called ahead to let you know when they're almost there to pick you up. They were also clear on the timings and process on how long the bus would take, the boat ride and then the bus on the island to get to your hotel and downtown. They had a tour guide giving travel tips for the island as well!
