4.00Thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We had to make our way to the pick up location despite being only 10mins away which was fine (give extra time as it’s rush hour). The drive to the bay was comfortable but being the last on the bus, our family was split up. Seats not the most comfortable as last pickings. The bamboo boat ride to the cave was beautiful, saw some monkeys and crabs :) The second cave was a short walk (up stairs) but also just as magical. Final stop was the island, we didn’t hike but spent time swimming and on the beach which although was crowded, was pleasant. The host, Richie, was exceptional. He was explained the day very well and ensured we were comfortable and happy all the way through. Deducted one star as meal time was chaos - could do with an orderly queue. Also because the enforced toilet stops, felt more like a bid to make us spend! All in all, I would recommend :)

4.00From the seamless pickup at Hanoi Opera House through every incredible moment in Halong Bay, our guide Vincent of Victory Era Travel, delivered perfection. His expert coordination ensured a stress-free, perfectly timed adventure: kayaking the emerald waters of Hang Luon Cave, exploring the massive wonders of Sung Sot Cave, and swimming at Titop Island's beautiful beach were unforgettable highlights. The only element of the tour which I would suggest needs room for improvement would be the lunchtime arrangement to ensure an orderly process is adhered to by guests. For anyone booking with Victory Era and wanting a stress free, professional and knowledgeable tour guide, I recommend you request Vincent!!!

3.00The tour on Ha Long Bay is good and there are two other activities included which are great for fitter people. If you are doing the day tour there is a lot of down time. Out of the 12 hours you are probably seated for 8. The buffet lunch was good and varied but very disorganised as everybody was allowed up at the same time. I would suggest a more ordered approach eg table by table so that everybody could have a better experience.

5.00The day was well organised and ran smoothly. Our tour guide Johnny and driver were both professional but fun too. The staff on the cruise ship were also very lovely and accommodatiing. We highly enjoyed the day and would recommend it to everyone visiting Vietnam. Highlight of our trip!
