Despite the inclemet weather, we had Peter who gave us an overview of Welsh history and set us up for the day. He was accomodating and easy to get along and took us to many interesting sights. Definitely will come back another time to spend more days here in Cardiff and other Welsh cities. The feedback - surprised that there was no ticket checks upon boarding .

The trip is a little long, after all it is another country, but for the value (because there is the castle included) I still think it is better to go by bus than by train. In Cardiff, enjoy the stop before the castle and take a boat trip through the bay (6€ per Cover). It's very worth it. The castle is amazing and has a part reserved only for the 2nd war. The local guide explained a lot of the city, and the driver was super nice.

Not a lot of value added by the tour company. If I come back to Cardiff again )with my wife), I think we’ll simply take the train (which is much faster) and simply walk about on our own. Cardiff is a lovely town, I’m not sure that the tour was worth $138.

Had a good day in Cardiff. The tour guide did a good job. However I was less than impressed with the driver. He did not introduce himself before we started our journey, and during the drive, he did not even communicate to tell us where we are along the route, or when we crossed over into Wales! Granted he is the driver and not the tour guide, but at least he could have said a few words. I live in the UK , so based on the signs along the motorway I had a fair idea where I was. However there were a lot of foreigners who did not. When we stopped for the comfort break, people were asking where they were! They had no idea that they were already in Wales! The point of crossing the border he did not even say. During the break, I asked him his name and he refused to tell me ( how rude). After we left the area where we had our break, he did not turn on the AC. It was extremely hot! We stayed in the heat for an hour before the guide came on board and then he turned it on. I think his attitude and behaviour was far from professional. I took this tour on the 21st of June, so Anderson Travel will know who it is since he declined to introduce himself.

We were stuck on the return trip due to the traffic diversion of M4. This was supposed to be known to Londoners but not tourists. This was however not the worst. At somewhere near Reading, the driver suddenly parked the coach at the roadside of a highway, telling all passengers that his legal driving hours had finished. This happened at 10:00pm though we were originally scheduled to come back to London by 8:30pm. We were asked to wait for another driver to come but till 10:45pm, the driver could not tell passengers when the next driver would come. By then, passengers were kept for more than 6 hours without even an option for toilet. Finally, a passenger managed to get a uber and took a total of four passengers back to London after mid-night only to find that his legitimate claim for the uber fares being denied by Anderson Travel.

While the tour itself was good, it was rather frightening and scary experience when the driver stopped the bus in the middle the road due to his shift being completed. The Bus was caught up in traffic due to highway M4 down for maintenance due to which the driver timings got completed. The driver informed that he has called up the office 2 hrs in advance but there was no response. There were around 10 passengers including women who were left stranded on a desolate place highway. We did not have a chance to pick up any food or water which would have been the case if the driver had stopped accordingly knowing the scenario of stopping at 10 pm. Instead he choose to drive on and stop when the clock struck 10 pm and just waited for next instructions from his head office where it seems he was not getting a go ahead to continue and drive the bus to London. Finally, we tried booking an Uber which too was difficult as we were near a place called Aisha Islamic center in reading which is far off from London. We got a Uber cab at 11:30 pm and reached our home in Kingston avenue around 12:25 am having to pay £73 from our own pocket. I was very scared for myself and my wife as we are tourist and had not expected such negligence. Regards, Prasad +91 7506655605

Absolute disaster. Cardiff was great, we had a nice tour guide. The journey back was pure horror. We were stuck in traffic for 4 hours (it wasn't the tour guide's fault). But then the driver reached his 15th hour and stopped on the hard shoulder in the middle of a busy road and refused to drive any further. It was already 10 p.m. We were told that someone would come and pick us up in the next 10 minutes. But nothing came of it. After 1 1/2 hours we were told that someone would come in !an hour! and pick us up. Some of us had already ordered an Uber and we left, but it was so off the beaten track that it was not easy to find an Uber that would also go to London. At 11.45 p.m. I decided to order an Uber. There was no subway nearby or I would have had to cross a dangerous road. I just hope I get the £70 money back for the Uber. But I doubt that. The driver kept talking on the phone via facecam during the journey, which is unacceptable. Very poor organization. If he had at least stopped at a gas station where we could use the toilet or have something to eat and drink. Despite being pointed out to him, it was ignored. On top of that, during the journey one person kept standing up and talking to the driver, saying that it distracts from driving (lack of safety) and that she wasn't wearing a seatbelt. The driver wasn't interested. Absolutely unacceptable. The day was otherwise very well organized and a nice trip. But I only got about 2 hours of sleep because I had to go to the airport. At least I caught the flight.
