The car came on time and the driver was very professional and helpful with the relatively large number of suitcases that we had. I made the booking late (same day as day of travel) and was very relieved that there was still availability.

Radek was a courteous driver, on time and communicated well. The car was great, and the office staff helped set the time of pick up given vagaries of traffic to Heathrow.

They were late. We had to hire a taxi to get to the airport. They didn't even call to let us know they were going to be late.

When driver was 12 minutes late we used WhatsApp to confirm a driver was coming. We received a call that driver was "2 to 5" minutes away. 15 minutes later I messaged that we were going to need to take a taxi instead because we were worried about getting there early enough. Again we were told "2 minutes away", but since that wasn't true before there was no way to confirm. Our taxi really did arrive in two minutes so that was a good decision on our part. I do not recommend this car sevice at all if you really need a car at the time you request. Maybe give yourself a 45 minute window if you are going to chance it.
