The tour provides an excellent opportunity to get outside Paris to see a bit of the Champagne countryside. The views are breathtaking and serene. We, of course, learned so much about Champagne history, grapes, and various techniques.

The host was excellent, entertaining through out the day. The two Champagne stops were very nice and walked away buying a few bottles:)

We had a wonderful day with Jean our talented & personal guide. Jean’s warm & friendly demeanor from the start made our group comfortable & relaxed. His blend of humor, his knowledge of Paris & the rest of the world impressed & entertained us through out the day. It was a long day but with varied stops in Reims, Hautvillers, Epernay & more it was truly an easy enjoyable day. His knowledge, experience and recommendations were well regarded & utilized.. His relationships with the Maisons de Champagne offered us an invaluable experience. His knowledge of champagne is outstanding. Jean also provided us with plenty of time to experience Notre Dame in Reims but lunch and brief touring in Epernay. If you have the slightest interest in champagne & its region let Jean be your #1 choice.

So amazing! Lucy is such a gem! She was so sweet and inclusive. As a solo traveler she even offered to take pictures with me and ensure I never felt alone. The drive is a little long but trust me it’s nice having the time in the van to rest and nap. The cathedrals are absolutely stunning. The town is beautiful and has a luxurious vibe. Both champagne tours and tastings were special in their own unique ways. What an amazing experience outside the standard tourist areas of Paris. Highly highly recommend!!!

Don’t waste your money!!!! The tour was very unorganized, one of the winery we were supposed to visit was closed for vacation and the driver has to go to a random one last minute driving like crazy…c’mon the tour operator have to make sure that winery was reserved for our group weeks in advance not the day of!!!! Felt rushed Make sure you have breakfast before 7am because they wont feed you anything EVEN during the tasting. You are excepted to taste the champagne on empty stomach after a two hours ride. Not even water was given after paying so much money. Is not a bus, is a small van. The tour guide OLIVIER was mediocre and kept saying “we are late” and freaking out. At the end he dropped us off in the middle of Champs Elisee and NOT at the drop off point. I want to forget about this trip, 12 hours for nothing ( by the way lunch is on your own) I’m so happy am alive I survived that reckless drive in the van.
