Good food and wine. Very informative I was full by the end. We went to moufetard st which was fun and I don’t think I would have made it there otherwise

Thank you Chef Alex for the wonderful cheese and wine tasting Oct 12, the 4PM session. The wine and cheese was excellent, the bonus was hearing of the history of the neighbourhood and your passion for good healthy food. Your message has impacted our plans for grocery shopping and meal preparation. We will be booking another Chef Alex experience if we are fortunate to include Paris in future vacations.

Fantastic tour of history of the love of French food and approach to tasting. Chef Alex was a wonderful host. The wine's and cheese were delicious. It gave me a different way to think about how I would buy either.

This was way more than just a wine and cheese tasting… Totally worth the money! Chef Alex was very knowledgeable about French culture, food, and the neighborhood/history of Paris. The little stops along the way to his restaurant were insightful and tasty, especially Maison Caffet, which we immediately went back to following the tour. All of the cheese and wine was delicious, however some of the cheese selections may not be for everyone (but I recommend everyone try everything, just for the experience. You never know what you may discover!) It was really fun to try different combinations of cheese, wine, bread, butter, oil… playing with our food was encouraged! It was inspiring to hear and see Alex’s passion for food, and we left with a new perspective on French Cuisine and what it means to share a meal with others. We will be implementing some of his ideals into our daily eating habits. Thank you, Alex, for inspiring us to make more conscious choices about our food!

I'm a solo traveler and loved the experience. Chef Alex taught us how to eat French which lead to table of strangers laughing together and being friendly to each other. Great historical tour and great wine and cheese pairings. Would definitely recommend
