We waited( 12 people) for the chef/guied and he never showed up. 15 minuets after the time scheduled for the activity he sent us a massage he can’t come because of the demonstration (but all of us could arrive couldn’t we? ) I asked for a refund but still waiting for it. Naomi Granot

This was way more than just a wine and cheese tasting… Totally worth the money! Chef Alex was very knowledgeable about French culture, food, and the neighborhood/history of Paris. The little stops along the way to his restaurant were insightful and tasty, especially Maison Caffet, which we immediately went back to following the tour. All of the cheese and wine was delicious, however some of the cheese selections may not be for everyone (but I recommend everyone try everything, just for the experience. You never know what you may discover!) It was really fun to try different combinations of cheese, wine, bread, butter, oil… playing with our food was encouraged! It was inspiring to hear and see Alex’s passion for food, and we left with a new perspective on French Cuisine and what it means to share a meal with others. We will be implementing some of his ideals into our daily eating habits. Thank you, Alex, for inspiring us to make more conscious choices about our food!

Very relaxing and informative as well as fun experience. Chef Alex was fun and we learned a lot about cheese tasting and things that can change the flavor as you taste and pair with wine.
