Alec was a charming and enthusiastic guide. He shepherded us through a variety of food options (produce market, chocolate/macaron shop, baguette shop etc.) and showed us the magic of the area. The tour ended at his restaurant where we enjoyed the baguette from the nearby shop and a variety of cheeses and enjoyed a wine education.

A couple recommended this to us and it was one of our favorite parts of our trip. Chef Alex gave a great tour, tasting, and overall taught us a lot about French cuisine/wine/cheese and the importance of sharing food together. We ended up buying the cheese he recommended as well as learned a lot more about how to select wine. Needless to say we will be cherishing this memory!

We highly recommend this experience not only because of how good everything is, also because I learned a lot! Food should always be yummy, but healthy and with friends. I’d do this again tomorrow in a heartbeat!
