We received lots of great info plus Rich was caring and made frequent stops to be sure our group was all together. Best tour we’ve taken

1.00Trip was cancelled last minute and when I tried to ask the operator questions to come up with an alternative plan they didn’t respond. I lost time at the colosseum and couldn’t see the arena floor since you have to book tickets at least one day in advance.
Viator not helpful. Do not recommend this tour.

2.00Tour was delayed 2.5 hours. Operator says not his fault. This caused a lot of stress and then the tour was rushed. $237USD via Viator is not good value for a small group tour. Paid Viator extra to ensure an early tour and they did not deliver and will not reimburse any of the cost or take responsibility for the problems this caused with my next tour because I was late. DO NOT USE VIATOR AT ANY COST. I NEVER WILL AGAIN. GREEDY EXPEDIA COMPANY. I should have known better.

2.00The check in was very confusing. The guy barely spoke English and caused confusion at ticket registration. He kept telling everyone he could not find them. Finally, I called the trip organizer, and he talked to the registration person. The tour was in English, but the person had a thick accent that was too difficult to understand.
