Very much enjoyed the Tuscan Cooking Class. Our guide, Luca, was hilarious but also very knowledgeable to cooking. Luca and Erica made the class a lot of fun and learned how to make an easy pasta. The only thing to make the class better is if everyone could have made their own preparations. Pasta is the only item we got to do ourselves. The rest was a group effort. Still wonderful.

What an incredible value for a truly fun experience in a stunning setting! I highly recommend booking this cooking tour with Luca & Erika. Both animated and very entertaining cooks. They made the experience very enjoyable and memorable. The cooking lesson was fun and easy to learn. The food was delicious and abundant. We made/had bruschetta bread w/ red wine to start, followed by Bolognese w/ pasta we made from scratch, pork loin w/ potatoes, ending w/ tiramisu dessert we individually made as well. The property was STUNNING that overlooks the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany - something out of a ROM COM as my friends back home described it. The tour included a shuttle bus ride from the train station downtown to the farm house and back. You leave the tour with a full belly and heart, a diploma, apron, recipes, and wonderful memories & pics. This was definitely the highlight of mine & my sister's trip to Italy overall. Thank you!

It was my very favorite experience during my time in Italy. I throughly enjoyed both Luca and Erica, very professional and talented in their presentation. The atmosphere they created for learning and the sense of friendship between all the participants made it a wonderful time together! I would do this again! Grazie!

Luca and Erika were absolutely amazing. Luca took us on a tour of the market which was wonderful and informative. Then we proceeded to the venue for cooking. The venue was beautiful and impressive. Luca and Erika were the show stoppers!!! Hope that you get them for your class. They definitely made the difference in tour/class. The cooking "class" was fun. Although, I wouldn't call it a cooking class. The class size was very large and other than making individual pasta, you shared in the preparation of the food. Mostly, you just observed. I would definitely recommend this class especially if you have Luca and Erika as your Chefs. I took off one star because of the class size and lack of interaction of the cooking.

This was the highlight of our trip to Florence - our guide Luca was fantastic. We learned much about Italian cooking - we had so much fun purchasing the ingredients at the central market and participating in the meal prep. We had so many laughs - Luca is a joy - and his passion for Italian cooking is contagious… “Thank you guys !!!!”
