We had a great time making pizza and tiramisu! Our chef, Lori, made it fun and taught us a lot about the art of making pizza dough! There were six of us in the group and we each contributed to making the tiramisu, which was then put into six individual dishes and refrigerated. Then we each made our own pizza dough! Since the dough needs to rise at least 24 hours, Lori gave us prepared dough and we used that to make individual pizzas. While our pizzas were baking, we enjoyed some wine and when the pizzas were done, we got to eat them! And for dessert, our tiramisu! Everything tasted good and it was a really fun experience.

This was the highlight of our trip to Rome! Matthia was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable, and super fun! We brought our 6 year old with us, and she loved both Matthia and the class. The end result was great! We had such a wonderful time!

We took our teenage kids to the pizza and tirimisu class. Great setup, everything laid out and explained well. Once finished you are shown to your table while they cook your pizza. Great experience to share as a family and we can't wait to recreate at home.
