5.00Tim our tour guide was informative and friendly. Halong Bay is full of boats of tourists. It's busy. The cruise was lovely, the food and service was good. Loved the jacuzzi. There was a queue going into the caves due to the volume of tourists. It's a long drive there and back is long so bring snacks.

5.00Excellent trip. The coach and boat very comfortable. I couldn’t do all the activities due to knee issues but enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the comfort of the boat. The cave has a lot of stairs. Our guide Tasy was very helpful and didn’t lose any of us! Highly recommend this company.

5.00This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything—from the pickup in Hanoi to the drop-off—was well organized. The places we visited along the way were beautiful, and ending the trip with a sunset in Halong Bay was truly special. Big thanks to the organizers for that. We were picked up in a very comfortable bus that took us from Hanoi to Halong Bay. The boat itself was clean, air-conditioned, and overall very comfortable. Our guide, Minh, made everything run smoothly. He was helpful throughout the entire trip and shared interesting insights about the places we visited.
