So much that is good but we were super impressed with our tour guide (Minh) who made contact with everyone the night before departure and so no last minute worries about pick up points and times

Great guides. Good transport on a very comfortable mini bus. Good activities. For the number of people on the boat they could have cooked more food for lunch and. Nowhere near enough even snacks. Many people didn’t even get to have any of the snacks due to there being only a small amount. This was my only issue so I would definitely still recommend the tour

The guide we had (Duc) was excellent! He did such a good job and was very informative, knoweldgable and friendly. We would definitely recommend him. The whole process of this tour was seamless. Worked out so well. The only drawback were the crowds! So many tour companies do this same experience. Also the food was beautiful to look at as a pretty buffet but was very average tasting somehow. We are not picky but the food was not great. We are still giving this 5 stars because overall it was a great experience. They took good care of us. Our tour guide Duc was so good and Ha Long Bay is spectacular! It's worth seeing.
