Experience by the US sector is the best way to visit and understand the Dday sights and do a duty memory tour.
Your tour guide will explain you all the objectives of the Allies Army on that most import day in the year 1944.
Come back into the History and be able to follow the footsteps of the US soldiers along your journey in a confortable air conditioned mini bus with a maximum of 8 persons.

What To Expect
Come and visit the sights where the US soldiers where fighting from the freedom in 1944 june 6th with a profesional tour guide. Pick up and drop off could be anywhere in Bayeux (at the hotel or BnB your are staying), or in place de Quebec (the main departure for the excursions). The tour start from 8am and 8:15am to end around 6pm. Your guide will tour you by Ste Mere Eglise, Utha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, The American Cemetery and ending by Arromanches and its artificial Harbor. Normandy Excursions stops by a nice restaurant next to the American Cemetery and Omaha Beach (please note that lunch price is not included on tour price). Please let know if you do have a train to pick up after the tour, we can hold your bags in the vehicule to drive you back to the train station right after the tour.

5.00Cedic was an excellent Driver Guide for my full day tour to the Utah, Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, the Normandy Ameircan Cemtery and other sites related to the Normandy D-day invasions of WWII. Standing on Utah Beach with the wind, waves, blue sky and pristine white clouds is an experience I will always remember. Cedric managed the day so I was able to spend time at each site by myself. If you would like him to guide you on the beaches and through the sites, I am sure he can provide that service, too. He shared many stories about soldiers who participated in that day. He answered my questions and helped me to understand the personal sacrifices by so many people deployed and volunteered for the D-day/Jour-J Invasion. 77 years later, the local French people still honor and appreciate the sacrifices of all the American, British and Candian soldiers, sailors, Coast Guard, Rangers, National Guard, Regiments, Pilots and everyone else involved in the largest amphibious invasion in world history. As a Washington, D.C. Master Tourist Guide, I look forward to sharing all my Normandy experiences with my guests on my private guided tours in D.C. Thank you for helping me to learn so much! 5.00We were a group of 4 people visiting Bayeux/Normandy in Mid July 2022. We spent 3 days with Cedric. Cedric was a wonderful guide for our full day tour of the American Normandy WWII sites. Cedric is very knowledgeable about the Normandy area and the battle facts about the American contributions. At the end of the day, the visit to the American cemetery and his suggestion to visit so that we could hear 'Taps' played at 5pm was a highlight. We learned so much from Cedric! The next day, Cedric took us to Mont Saint Michele, another fascinating area on the Normandy/Brittany coast. He took us into the Abbey and purchased the tickets for us, then met us after we were finished exploring. On our last day, Cedric was even able to drop us off at CDG airport for our return flight home! I highly recommend him.

5.00Cedric made this tour so wonderful. He met our family of 5 at our cruise ship dock for an all day tour. He was prompt and courteous the entire day. We traveled comfortably in his large passenger van. Cedric made this very important day in US history so lovely. He knowledge and explanations were on par and kept our 3 teenagers attention for the entire day. He was respectful of the historic nature and sites. I would highly recommend cedric. Thank you!
