Loved that it was a small group. Guide was terrific! It was only us and another family. We were able to ask questions often and our guide was highly informative.

Great information and excellent guide- so much of WWll memories will be gone as time goes by. We would not be free in USA without the sacrifices of the soldiers and their support.

Great experience. Roma was a very knowledgeable tour guide. We learned more about DDay than the books tell you. She made us feel like we were there

For my first visit to Normandy I booked a guided tour. DA ES was no suitable one in German for my period, I was able to start the journey to the historical locations with the English-speaking tour. The guide, Robin, was super nice and made the morning interesting and educational. As a result, time "unfortunately" flew by 😉 The leadership, of course, cannot cover everything that happened between 1944 and 1945. Weeks would probably not be enough for that. But it gives very good insights into the most important and well-known events of D-Day. For historically interested definitely recommended if you want to have one or the other starting point for further excursions and explorations. I liked ES very much and can highly recommend the booked tour if you are fluent in English. Again, here we go: Merci beaucoup Robin 🙂👍
