Book in advance for your private departure transfer from your Beijing city center hotel to the the international airport. You'll be met at your Beijing hotel and transferred to either the international or domestic terminal in the comfort of a private, air-conditioned vehicle.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

You may have a Chinese-speaking driver, but he knows exactly where to go. You may use his phone to call a translator if needed at any time during the ride. If you do require an English-speaking driver please add in the special requirement. An English-speaking driver may be arranged as best possible.

Our driver was waiting for us when we came down from our room and waited patiently as the hotel took forever to check us out. He had checked our flight info and knew which terminal to drop us off. Everything went very smoothly and we were happy with the service.

Was told our driver would pick us up at 4.30am waited from 4.20am to 5am and still no driver even called the phone number provided but no answer. Unreliable and had to pay for a taxi to the airport

Such an easy process. The evening before our pick-up, we received an e-mail though Viator indicating our pick-up time. Our driver was waiting for us in the lobby. The vehicle had plenty of room for the 4 passengers and our luggage.
