5.00If you know something about French Impressionism, this is a good ticket. If not, spend the extra $30 for the guided tour.

1.00It was catastrophic! No one is EN route to provide us with EN route tickets and no one answered the phone (number based in Saudi Arabia) to call in case DE problems. We finally paid DE new tickets directly at the museum till after waiting 45 minutes for nothing! Agency to avoid at all costs

1.00Terrible experience. I booked 4 tickets for Wednesday, 6 Aug. my receipt and verification email/coupon state that my tickets were for Wednesday, 6 Aug. Viator sent me tickets for Tuesday, 5 Aug. We found this out when I tried to enter the museum and they informed me that someone already entered on my tickets yesterday. I attempted to call Viator multiple times and the automated response kept saying that no one was available (despite Viator’s website saying that they have 24/7 customer service). I also tried the chat function - no response. To top it off, another family that was attempting to enter at the same time with Viator-purchased tickets had the same problem experience. I fully expect Viator provide me a full refund. I will never book a tour through Viator again and will discourage anyone I know from doing the same.

5.00Very interesting museum, larger than the Louvre. There are several genres, which allows everyone to find something to enjoy - the display and explanations are also very clear, which makes the visit all the more enjoyable. The EN t-frame itself is also a work to be seen!
