4.00This is just entry tickets, no tour, no guide. It was not clear the tickets would be sent through Whatsapp the morning of. I randomly happened to see the message and was able to download the tickets while I was in line to enter. You can pay less through other sites and through the museum website. I paid at least twice what the museum would charge and more than other tour operators I checked afterwards so check prices at multiple places before you buy. The museum itself is wonderful and has a large collection.

1.00We paid for tickets and they provided the incorrect date. What waste of time and money, even retrieving the incorrect tickets was a nightmare. We ended up buying new tickets for half the price because the poor woman felt sorry for us. This whole thing is a scam

5.00The museum is wonderful although very crowded. The special exhibition of Sargeant’s work was well-done. I did have a problem retrieving the tickets I purchased through Viator and the staff said this often happens.

5.00A really excellent museum there is a cafe and free lockers to leave your coat whilst inside. The impressionist works are wonderful the museum was busy but very enjoyable. The director entry tickets made getting in a lot quicker.
