3.00Well for starters, we chose the excursion and was given a time of 1030am pick up. After 45-1hr of driving around picking up other people we finally got to what we thought was the first stop based off itinerary. Come to find out when we didn't get to see a few things on the long list, we were told those stops were seen while we were being picked up. Why did we have to pay full price and was given a time set by Viator only to be told the tour started almost an hour before we were scheduled to be picked up? It's sad to have been given a pick up time after the tour had started. Maybe shorten the tour in order to ensure guest see what itinerary you are selling. Make sure the times you set on the set for excursion is the actual time it starts not after it starts.
