Even with our tight schedule, unexpected hiccups, delays, he managed to show my family all the major highlights of the city without ever making it feel rushed. His hospitality really stood out — from the moment he picked me up, he was warm, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What I appreciated most was his flexibility. He adjusted the plan effortlessly based on what I wanted to see and how much time I had, and he was incredibly accommodating with last-minute tweaks. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving his guests a memorable experience. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss anything, and his knowledge of Dubai made the whole tour even more enjoyable. The Desert Safari portion was amazing too — fun, safe, and filled with small touches that showed his commitment to creating a positive experience. Thanks to Amjad Bhai who helped with the arrangements for this part. If you have a layover in Dubai or just want a fantastic, stress-free tour, Majid is the guide you want. Highly recommended!

5.00I really enjoyed this tour. Since this was a private tour and not a group tour, we were able to go at our own pace. Our tour guide Saif was very knowledgeable and kept to the itinerary. He suggested we go to the Burj Khalifa first and we were able to go up really fast. Try going between 8-9 AM. On this tour, I got all the pictures I wanted of all the top tourist spots in one day. I didn’t have to waste my time doing several tours so I highly recommend this tour.

5.00I would like to give this company 5 stars for my tour. The name of my tour guide is Zeeshan Ali. He was very knowledgeable of the area. Zeeshan went above and beyond to make me feel like family. He was polite made sure I saw all the major landmarks and also asked if i was interested in seeing something before he automatically assumed. I will never forget my trip to Dubai because of him and Tours by Rafi Tours Llc Inc. whom help set up my tour. Thank you both! This made me want to visit again soon.
