We had an amazing tour with Riki. He was very knowledgeable and shared lots of food tips with us during our tour as well as taking us to three different restaurants where we sampled many different Indian foods. I am vegan and he went out of his way to make sure I was catered for. There was plenty of food and drink, we did the tour at 12 and didn’t need to eat again that day! Thanks to Riki for a fantastic experience.

My daughters and I just had the most amazing time with our guide, Jez. He was knowledgeable, funny and so easy to be with. Would highly recommend the East London Indian food tour with him. What a great way to spend an evening.

Visited London with my husband and two teenage daughters. We always start a trip with a food tour and this time was no different, but this was one of our favorites! Tamiza was the best guide we can remember having--friendly, knowledgable, and super interesting herself. The food was incredible, as was the rich history of the neighborhood we ate our way through. I'd do this tour again in a heartbeat!

Amin led our tour - what an amazing evening. He made the evening so informative and enjoyable! Such a knowledgeable, warm and personable guide. We learned about the culture and process of cooking a variety of dishes. Come hungry - we were served in quantity, quality, and variety. Amin made it all go smoothly with food magically appearing as we arrived at each place. So glad we booked this tour. Thank you, Amin!

An excellent experience. We've stayed near London Tower before cruises, and had not realized Brick Lane and this tour was withing walking distance of the hotel. Significant enlightening tour - some items considerably different that what you'd find in the States. Tamiza was an excellent guide, an expert on the community and the food. Included lessons in identifying Bangledesh (and Indian) spices. The restaurants visited were very vibrant and great hosts. Definitely would not have been able to know where to go to such a variety of locations on our own.

Our guide, Riki, was outstanding! If you’re lucky enough to get him, you won’t be disappointed. He’s a chef, born & raised in India, who’s worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. Plus, he has a wealth of information about Indian & British history. And don’t get me started on his depth of knowledge about Indian cuisine. It was a truly fantastic night filled with fun history lessons, an interactive pop-quiz that got us all laughing and thinking, and phenomenal food. Indian is one of my favorite cuisines, and I was surprised at the number of new (to me) dishes Riki introduced to us. You will leave this tour without an ounce of room left in your belly! The only bit of advice I can give: come seriously hungry (you might want to consider fasting beforehand, lol) because you’ll end the tour absolutely and very happily stuffed to the gills!

Be sure to come hungry! The food was all delicious and there was plenty. Everyone felt “post Thanksgiving full.” We learned a lot about Desi food.

This was a brilliant food tour. Riki, our guide, was excellent, knowledgeable, experienced and engaging. He gave us so much information, he was interested and had plenty to say and keep the conversation going, always had a story to tell. Lovely, delicious food in the restaurants we ate in, and much more to eat than we expected. We thought the 4 hours we spent on the tour was well worth it and would recommend.

We did the Secret Indian Food Tour with Jezian and it was such a fun night! He was a great guide and was great company throughout the night. We really enjoyed the various food spots Jez took us to, and everyone we met was so welcoming. The added drinks package was a good addition also. Overall we’re so glad we chose to do this and were lucky to have Jez as our guide for the night - couldn’t recommend enough!
