1.00It is cheaper to buy tickets on site once through security and we thought we had downloaded tickets but you only download a ticket to meet guide to pick up your tickets apparently a very common mistake made by many

5.00Easy access through our tour guide was great for our adventure up the Eifel Tower. Ekkette, our guide, was kind, and patient. She was fun to be with and gave us great historical information about the tower. We climbed up two floors and a lift to the top. It was great.

1.00We paid the extra money to ride the elevator to the top. It was closed off due to a strike and we weren’t allowed tip go up. Tour guide promised we works be refunded the extra charge but the tour company denied our requests for refund.
