Get your steps in to the second floor before taking the elevator to the summit for epic Paris views After meeting your guide near the Eiffel Tower, you’ll head for the ticketing desk and pass through the security area to begin your climb. Your first stop is the first floor (of course!), where the crowds are usually smaller and you can enjoy a unique perspective of the Paris skyline, and walk on the 188-foot-high glass floor. Next, you’ll continue your climb to the popular second floor for an even higher viewpoint. Along the way your guide will inform and entertain with stories of the city’s history and the tower’s construction. The cherry on top is a trip to the Eiffel Tower summit, where you’ll have an unmatched view of the city from a staggering 906 feet (276 meters)! You’ll be given access to the summit elevator for this final part of the tour, and you’re free to stay at the top for as long as you please.

Unable to access the 3rd floor due to a technical elevator problem. The guide informed us that in this case a partial refund would be sent to us. To this day, I have not received anything. Given the price of individual admission, I regret choosing a guided tour. I was hoping to be able to use skip-the-line access, it’s not. 1h15 waiting on a 2h visit announced.

What an experience. We got slightly lost so didnt make it there 10mins before as the email originally asked. Me daughter and I did turn up at 3pm as the time asked us too. And no group was to be seen. So we waited a while and found another tour guide. He explained that we were in the correct place and that 'the tour guy' our guide normally had a red flag and would be in this area. We decided to wait a little longer.and which point we got chatting to a couple who had been waiting for their tour in a cafe facing the meeting spot. They claimed not to have seen a red flag at all. At this point I messaged your live chat. Over and over for 20mins and no reply. Then I called your helpline where I was hung up on. We decided to stay until 4pm which would have been the next slot and another tourguide turned up. Again not the tour guy but epic tours and they said that they hadn't seen the tour guys red flag today. Brilliant. After this we went and queued up in the eiffel tower grounds and PAID for tickets to get to the second floor. Thus paying a second time. While on the way up and walking the 1st and 2nd level we bumped into the tour guides who had helped us earlier and they said they couldn't even see 'the tour guys' up here either. I admit I didnt keep a look out for a red flag once climbing but I dont remember seeing them. So what exactly did I pay for and how many others did you con out of +£100? Thankfully I was in the position to pay again but had I not this would have ruined our city break. Absolute con and still no money back.

Bad experience, bought tickets to the top and only reached the 2nd floor. And they only partially returned the tour.

Our guide was amazing. The history and facts she shared were really interesting and she explained so much about what to expect and ushered us through with expertise while also giving us freedom to explore and do our own thing. We went all the way to the top!

It is a bogus tour. They bring you to the Eiffeltower, put you in the queue for a ticket (which can take up tp 2 hrs waiting time) and then you walk up the tower. You can just as well do that yourself, you don’t need a touroperator for that. The guide is super nice and friendly and knows a lot about the Eiffeltower, but most of it is common knowledge. Once you start walking you barely see him again. So he is only there to tell stories when your in the queue and buy tickets… The costs are ridiculous for this tour. An adult is EUR 27,50 when you stand in line yourself and buy directly, at Viator it is EUR 56,=. There is absolutely no reason to pay this premium. You are not jumping the queue as you might expect. I would not recommend to take this tour. Your better off standing in line yourself or if you want to spend that money, walk to the other side and take the elevator up, you don’t have to walk and it is even cheaper then the tour you book with Viator. We have complained afterwards and they were very understanding and cooperative and gave us a refund.

That although it indicates the page that is spoken in Spanish, the guide only spoke English. They should also indicate the instructions correctly, noting that climbing the tower means climbing more than 600 steps

DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR. book directly at the tower. We had time set aside per the instructions. When we got there we were with the guide 20 minutes and made it to level 2 only to be stranded there for HOURS. Something they don’t tell you. We ended up leaving because it had been over three hours and still hadn’t moved and we had a dinner reservation. VIator refused to give me a refund. I’ve used them so many times over the years and am utterly disgusted with this treatment. Stay away!

I am very upset. I booked a summit experience. We were told by the guide Johanna that is was closed due to wind. That we did not get summit tickets. This was untrue. It was not closed. 100s of people were going up. I waited in line only to be embarrassed by the ticket taker who told us our guide company does this often. The host administrator Ali and the guide Noanns were both pleasant but we did not get what we paid for. She said we would get a refund. I am still on the tower as I write this. Too upset to go down yet. And no time to buy a separate summit ticket this week.

Buy your tickets on the day yourself and save money as you have to queue up anyway! Everyone in the line queuing to get tickets for the Eiffel Tower could hear the guide without having to pay for the guide.

Great tour. Div was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with my slow climbing. He even shared his list of favorite restaurants and not to be missed sights.
