1.00I am a tourist and was only in Paris for 3 days. We originally planned our tour for 3 p.m on 9/13/24. However, I received an email to reschedule my tour for 7 .pm. From the tour guide, due too shortage of elevators at the EIffel tower and possibly long wait time. I tried to accommodate this request, but ran into a conflict with the time. I requested to do the tour at a later time or the next day at 3 p.m. Later that day, I had an cancellation and requested to come later, and did tell me I could meet him at 8 p.m. He texted me back stating that the Eiffel town will be closing around 8p.m. I requested to do the tour on September 15th, this is my last day at 3p.m. However, he replied that he could only do this tour at 7 p.m. which is a time conflict as well . When I finally read this email , I was unable to cancel . This is unfortunate for me and my husband because we were unable to have this great experience in Paris . Please be aware of this tour guide because they didn’t honor their time and was unwilling to accommodate us with a time other than 7:p.m.
