It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point strictly 15 minutes before your chosen time.
The meeting point is NOT the Eiffel Tower it is our office. There is no alternate meeting point possible
Latecomers will not be granted entry to the tower or any from of refund even partial.
Adult pricing applies to all travelers
Luggage cannot be kept at the office; you will be denied entry to the tower without refund if you arrive with luggage.
Items not allowed in the tower include: oversized luggage or bags, climbing or jumping gear (especially bungee jumping and parachutes), publicity materials of any kind, child buggies/strollers that are not foldable, animals, except those required by disabled visitors, glass bottles, drink cans, excessive amount of food or drink
Drinks and knives are not allowed at the Eiffel Tower. Security will ask you to dispose of these
Infants aged 0-3 years old must buy a standard adult ticket to participate in this activity
Tickets cannot be picked up in advance
Not recommended for persons with walking disabilities

What To Expect
Eiffel Tower
Choose an entry time when booking, then meet your host 15 minutes ahead of time at the designated meeting spot and make the short walk over to the Eiffel Tower together. Follow your host onto the priority access elevator. Zip up to the second level, where you can get excellent photo ops and panoramic views of Paris from 375 feet (114 meters) above the ground. Listen to a brief orientation, then you're on your own to wander and take in the sights as you please. Views include the Champ de Mars, Sacré Coeur, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Louvre's iconic pyramid-shaped building. Please note: Summit access is not included on this tour. You are not able to purchase a ticket on the second level to head up on your own.

1.00Both you and the tour operator lied, stole my money, and provided no service, only lies. YOU made a mistake and not only did I have to pay you for your mistake, I didn't get to attend the tour I paid for and now don't get to have the once in a lifetime thing I paid for.

5.00Easy booking process with clear details of what the tour included. We met at the given address - easy to find with some lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Our tour guide met us outside and gave us our tickets, walked us to the tour and provided us with some facts and information about the Eiffel Tower. We were escorted through security and into the tour, with lots of information along the way. Once on the second floor we were taken to the lift to access the summit (which is the ticket we had booked). We were then left to explore the tower at our leisure with no restrictions on the time we spend there. Highly recommended.

2.00This was a very disappointing experience. Our tour began late as whoever our tour guide was going to be was “stuck at the Effifel Tower” per the employee taking row. This is understandable as I can see with crowds but our tour ended at exactly 1 hr from when it should have started no extra time was given back to us. We lost about 20 to 25 mins of the actual tour. What was the very disappointing part is the guide took us up the elevator took us to 2 places and basically told us what we could see from the 2nd level such as over there is Notre Dame , over hear is this and that. Only about 3 to 4 sentences about the actual Tower, nothing truly about the building of the tower or the man and story behind it. He did speak of the elevators but only that one is by Otis and one by the French and a guest asked what was the difference and the response… electric. As I had been through a tour 2 years ago with Viator I had some knowledge but I had brought other family to learn about the tower. I almost felt that he made some things up and just wasn’t knowledgeable about the tower. It’s possible that he may have been a fill in and his specialty lies elsewhere. I fell like some of my cost should be refunded and I sure be charged only for the cost of skip the line elevator ride only. The description on this tour stated the following “Hear insightful commentary from your guide and learn all about the famous icon before enjoying free time to explore on your own.” This definitely Did Not happen but letting us know we could explore on our own did. So disappointed.
