This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
The wheelchair is accessible only up to second floor.
People with reduced mobility are not allowed to the summit floor
Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.

What To Expect
Eiffel Tower
Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets. Enjoy access to the 1st and 2nd floor by elevator. Marvel at spectacular views of Paris. Meet with your host first at the meeting location, in front of the Le Champ de Mars Café located at 45 Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Exchange your vouchers to your Eiffel Tower entry tickets and from there join your host as they accompany you until the 2nd floor of the tower.

Second Floor entry tickets: This option will provide access up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower and it does not include the summit floor.

5.00Visiting the Eiffel Tower was a magical experience. Even after seeing it in countless photos, nothing compares to witnessing it in person. The structure is breathtaking up close, especially as you approach it through the charming Parisian streets. We walked about 5-10 minutes from where we met Aida our tour guide, and the sights along the way made the journey feel special. Once there, the views from the top were incredible—Paris stretches out in every direction. Whether by day or night, it’s an absolute must-see when in the city.

1.00The tour guide was nice but had zero voice projection. Spoke so softly even standing next to her it was difficult to hear her. This tour was not great. And most of it was out of tour guide control. The elevators at tower stopped working and while guide tried to get us on a different elevator, this caused chaos and group completely disbanded. I never saw my tour guide after I got in elevator. I feel I lost my money but in end did see the summit so I guess that was point in end. Im still left unsatisfied…this was an expensive tour to miss out on tower history or whatever guide had planned to share.

5.00Going to the summit of the great Eiffel Tower was amaizing. We were able to pickup the tickets in a location close to the tower and walk to the entrance. We took the elevator to the summit firat and then to the second and one. The view is amazing in any of thw floors.
