Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
Child seats, Booster seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
For infants, you must bring your own infant seat. (babies under 1 year).
No smoking, eating or drinking inside the vehicle.
No pets are allowed unless they are kept inside the special cage.
Strikes and demonstrations, we are not responsible for any delays, missed flights, connections or additional costs incurred by strikes, industrial action or demonstrations which may take place both in France or throughout the world. However, we try our best to provide our service without any issues.

This will be the most convenient way to transfer from Disney park, your hotel / apartment to Paris city / hotel or train station. On departure / return, our driver will be waiting for you at the hotel lobby / Disney park entrance with a name board. (For Disney park pickups, the driver usually waits at the BUS STOP No. 06 near the park entrance). Once you've meet the driver he will help you with the luggage and guide you to the vehicle. All our vehicles are air-conditioned, non smoking and spacious. Your children will receive child safety seats / booster seats free of charge! Also, your baggage are free from excess charging. (Over-sized or excessive luggage are NOT welcome) The pickup location can be your hotel or apartment near the Disney park. This includes Disneyland hotel, Explorers hotel, Hotel Santa fe, Newport Bay, Villages Nature and many more hotels.. (Villages nature pickup point is WEST GATE). It will take about 60 minutes to complete the journey. Your children will have an opportunity to watch their favorite movie via our on-board multimedia system. You will be dropped at the Paris city or the requested hotel / train station, apartment in Paris safe and sound.

I booked this transfer for a family of 6 traveling with 12 pieces of luggage. I explicitly informed them when booking that it was 6 checked luggage and 6 carry on luggage. We each also had a backpack that we were using as a personal item. The pick-up went great. Driver was early and waiting for us to arrive at the meeting point. However, when he saw how much luggage we had we did not seem happy but never said anything. He loaded most of the luggage in the back of the van, with two carry on luggages having to go in the passenger seat. All six of us fit in the back of the van and we each held our bookbags. As he was going to shut the door for us, he began complaining/explaining that it was a hazard and that we could not hold our bags like that. They needed to be in the floor, which was a valid concern, so we attempted to shove as many of them between our legs as possible. Once we arrived at the train station, he came to me saying I needed to pay. I explained that I paid online when booking. He tried to say that since I had so much luggage that I needed to pay more. I said no and that his company was aware of the luggage amount at time of booking. He then proceeded to try to make me feel bad saying that it was a hazard and that if the police pulled him over that he would be responsible. Not me. Not the company. but him. He also explicitly told me that if he wrecked, he pointed to my 81 yr gramdmother, that she could have died. I understood his concern, however, I gave all information at time of booking so it is his companies fault. During the drive he contacted his supervisor twice to inform of the situation. He did not know that I had my phone set to translation and could see what was being said. Before unloading luggage he made sure to take pictures and he even took pictures of us while walking away from the car with our luggage. NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. NOT A GREAT WAY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION! Nevermind the fact that we had to walk .5 miles to get to station because he stated he could not get closer due to construction, which is not true since when we returned a different company picked us up right in front of the station. He was very rude and condescending. I do not recommend this transfer, especially if it is a bigger family that is traveling.

It was terrible from the start they wanted to cancel because we did not provide flight information, when we booked this service we requested pick up at hotel in Disneyland Paris and drop off at a specific hotel in Paris city and provided name and address for both hotels. Number 2 they offer to pick up and our and a half later and even do it was not convenient we agreed, then they offer to cancel and refund our money because they were not going to make it do to strike and fuel situations, then they send a message an hour before the pick up telling us that because all the flights that morning where delay they where not going to make it until 12:30pm at that moment we send a message to the company and asked them to kindly cancel and refund our money because it was to many inconveniences already and got a message about 10 minutes later saying that they had found a car that was a little late but for sure will be there by 12:45 pm but we had taken a taxi and had no internet so got this message when we were in Paris already. Now they don’t want to refund our money because the driver waited for us at the hotel for 1:00 our from 12:35 to 1:35 pm. I will definitely not recommend this company

It was a wonderful experience and our driver Raja is superb! Everything went well except that when I try to book earlier there’s a lot a confusion and the time that I was requesting was not available other than it went well
