5.00We had a wonderful time with our guide Victor/Yamazaki. He was able to pick us up from the train station and assist us in re-working our planned itinerary due to the heavy rain. The driver and guide provided us with umbrellas to use during the day, which was much appreciated. All of us agreed that Victor's day of itinerary was absolutely perfect and we are so glad he led us on this tour. We got to see so much more than we initially thought and had so much fun.

5.00GozenTrip and Viator were fantastic in organising our Private Driver One-Day Tour of Kyoto. Communication was excellent — they confirmed everything the day before via WhatsApp, including the driver’s name and a suggested itinerary. Our driver, Matsu (Steven), was outstanding. Friendly, punctual and very accommodating, he worked with us to make the most of our day. Out of the nine locations I had planned, we managed to visit eight comfortably within the timeframe. We were five adults, and the van was the perfect size for us — spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a full day of sightseeing. Matsu dropped us off at each stop, shared Google Maps links for our meeting points, and was always just a quick call away. Even though this wasn’t a guided tour, he answered all our questions and made the day stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and have already booked another private driver tour in Osaka. Highly recommended!

5.00Our driver Lexi was outstanding - great driving skills, good historical and local knowledge. She recommended and took us to a great local sushi restaurant. She even waited while we checked into our hotel and freshen up and delivered us to our dinner reservation.
