2.00I booked a 2 hour tour which turned about to be only 90 minutes because they gave the option to allow the group to visit the bathrooms first. The guide was knowledgeable but we missed a lot of important pieces.

1.00I showed up but the guide did not. After messaging via the Viator app, the your operator told me they cancelled via email “some time ago”. Later, they claimed the guide showed up, which is a complete lie. This was my only day in Paris and I could not reschedule. I always thought it was funny when people sent in scathing reviews for no-shows, but now I completely understand when the tour operator lies after not showing up and claims they can’t give a refund. I hope Viator will get rid of this tour operator and provide a refund.
