I went with my kids to the chocolate factory and we loved the experience. Everyone had the opportunity to create their own chocolate bar, which was super fun. In addition, they explained the whole cocoa transformation process in a very professional, clear and enjoyable way. We learned a lot and enjoyed every moment — an experience we definitely recommend!

I have always enjoyed chocolate, but I had never seen the cocoa process in a ready-to-eat bar up close, so I decided to take this tour. I was impressed that although cocoa is grown in our country, the percentage used for domestic production is minimal, and that most of the chocolate we consume comes from imported cocoa. It was also interesting to know the different varieties and learn, through the tasting, how the aromas and flavors change according to the percentage of cocoa. The guide, an expert chocolate maker, shared every detail of the process that made one value the artisanal work behind each premium chocolate much more. I left the tour impressed to understand the process from the tree to the bar, the guided tasting and in the end making one its own bar is to close with a golden clasp.
