We had such a good time with Andrea! He was entertaining, patient, and seemed to love teaching us. I would definitely do something like this again! We had plenty of time to learn and enjoy our creations as well as go home with the recipes! We were in small groups that included those we came with, thanks to a last minute adjustment by the staff. Andrea also shared tips on selecting the best food in town!

This cooking class was one of the most enjoyable parts of our time in Florence. Andrea, our instructor, was phenomenal and really stood out. He was funny, approachable, and very hands-on, which made the class feel relaxed and fun. He explained everything clearly and gave helpful tips along the way, so we never felt rushed or lost. The pizza and gelato turned out wonderfully and it was a great way to spend an evening if you want to do something different from the usual pizzerias in the city. You’ll learn a lot, eat well, and have a genuinely good time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic, interactive experience in Florence.

Andrea was great! Pizza was very amazing and the class was fun and easy to follow. The gelato demonstration was nice to watch, and learned lots of valuable information about both food items, how to make them, their history, and the importance of using fresh ingredients.

My wife booked this experience as a present and, I have to say, it was money well spent! Our teacher was Alice who was very friendly and spoke English perfectly. The content of the cooking was excellent and everyone managed to produce a near perfect pizza. There was as much wine as I could have wanted although I'm not much of a wine fan myself, but we did partake. The whole experience was around two and a half hours and I would recommend it.

Chef Jon was a blast. We had so much fun and laughed a lot. He was so patient with us even when our pizza dough looked funny. It was a unique experience. I highly recommend. You get to have wine, eat what you make pizza and gelato. And you walk away with recipes and a certificate.
