5.00As a solo traveler who loves to cook, I cannot recommend this class enough! Everyone was so sweet, and the class was small, but welcoming, especially after a glass of wine! Frederico was so knowledgeable and friendly. His accent was thick, but he explained everything thoughtfully and had us participating the whole time. He talked about how the proteins formed in gluten when you mix both flour and salt as well as the regional differences in pizza-making. He gave us local recommendations for gelato, which I’m excited to try! Five stars.
You won't regret it.

3.00I have written a review earlier but forgot to mention the awful batter around my fish and my friends scampi, it was far to dark and not easy to eat, I had to peel mine off my fish to eat it! I an not a chef but a very good cook trained by a Michelin star chef , my son! I know that the oil needs to be changed frequently and clearly it wasn't and I am also wondering if you have a dedicated fish fryer because you should have!

5.00Chef Tomas was great! He was patient and explained the entire process. I booked this class for my picky eater and she truly had a wonderful experience. She said this class is best thing about coming to Rome. I would definitely book with Towns of Italy again. 10/10. Definitely recommend l!! A job well done!! thank you! Everything was organized, class started and ended on time.

5.00Absolutely delicious! Well organized cooking class making pizza and gelato from scratch. Red wine and lots of good information on the history of pizza and how to select a place to get real authentic gelato. Andre and his crew were awesome. Must do this in Florence.

5.00We had a fantastic class with Andrea. Both we and our teens loved it, from the cooking lesson, the history lesson, and the opportunity to make our own delicious pizzas! Highly recommend this class if you'll be in Florence. One tip: you don't eat until almost 9:00, so a late afternoon snack before you come might stave off the hunger until your pizza gets out of the oven. Fantastic experience!

1.00I booked the day of, I was coming from Rome my train got delayed and wasn’t able to attend I wanted to reschedule for the next day I didn’t want my money back and they said I had to pay the whole amount again wasn’t even offered a discount so basically lost 200 usd dollars so make sure you don’t miss the class even in emergency situations because they won’t help you!!!!!
