Such an educational, fun and yummy experience. We had a great time with our lead chef, and also met a lovely couple from the US. Finally learned how to create a traditional Italian Pizza Dough and how to make incredible gelato as well.

We had such a good time with Andrea! He was entertaining, patient, and seemed to love teaching us. I would definitely do something like this again! We had plenty of time to learn and enjoy our creations as well as go home with the recipes! We were in small groups that included those we came with, thanks to a last minute adjustment by the staff. Andrea also shared tips on selecting the best food in town!
