Speaking of wine, you’ll start this adventure with a cold glass of Prosecco, because every masterpiece (cheese or otherwise) deserves a sparkling kickoff. Then, it’s showtime. Led by an expert cheese maker, you’ll learn how to transform fresh curds into perfect little bocconcini, twist up some nodini, braid treccine and dive into making burrata and the ultra-luxurious stracciatella (spoiler: you’re going to want to lick the bowl). Expect creative pairings like stracciatella with bottarga and lemon zest, plus a few secrets from the Simbiosi kitchen that you’ll absolutely be bragging about later. To top it all off? A guided wine tasting featuring both organic and conventional wines lets you sip, swirl and debate your favourite while soaking in the delicious chaos you just created. Our family of three attended this cheese-making experience on our last day, and it was such a special way to end our trip! It takes place in a farm-to-table restaurant, which made the whole experience feel even more authentic and welcoming. If I could offer one tip, I’d recommend booking it earlier in your trip so you can fully enjoy the fresh cheese you make, we wished we had more time to savor it! After the hands-on cheese-making, we were treated to a delicious spread of charcuterie along with eggplant, artichoke, burrata, stracciatella and zucchini, plus fresh flatbread and pizza. Everything was delicious We did get to taste our cheese the next morning before we left, and it was wonderful, such a fun (and tasty!) memory to take with us. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a memorable, delicious experience!

I participated to this mozzarella class with my family and we had the best time in Florence! The class is really cool, interesting and funny at the same time. The food is amazing and at the end of the class you will be able to make your own mozzarella. Jess, the teacher, is fantastic, very knowledgeable and sweet at the same time! If you are in Florence, you need to try this experience!

It was amazing! Jess was our instructor. She made everything easy to understand, she would always come around the table to double check we were doing it right. Also after we made the mozzarella she sat down with us as we ate and answered any question we had. Even questions apart from the class. We had so much fun and we will definitely be making it at home!

We had a wonderful time at the mozzarella class. Jess was a wonderful teacher. She is easy to talk to and willing to answer all questions you may have. You get to take your mozzarella and use it in your own way! The little lunch you get was delicious and the wine tasting made it even better! Would highly recommend this class if you have some time in Florence!

I was so excited my class didn't get canceled!! It was low season during my trip and other tours didn't fill up! I was just off a long flight and exhausted -- but soooo happy I took this class. Had no idea making mozzarella was "easy" but complicated at the same time - and fresh is SO much better! After expert instruction I was spoiled with pizza, charcuterie and my mozz!!

Of all the experiences we did in Italy, this was the absolute highlight from a culinary perspective! Jessica led our mozzarella making, and she was so knowledgeable and encouraging that we honestly felt like experts by the end. The hospitality was just incredible; the team was so pleasant and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The spread of food and drink provided was truly out of this world—beyond anything we expected. We even took our leftovers back to our farm in Tuscany and used them to make some amazing meals! Unlike other tours, the wine here was spectacular—so good that we bought a few bottles to take home. I would totally do this again in a heartbeat. If you want a perfect mix of top-tier food and genuine Italian hospitality, don't miss this!

Our family had the most amazing time at *Mozzarella Cheese Making with Wine and Food Tastings*! From start to finish, it was such a fun, hands-on experience. Jess was absolutely tremendous — patient, knowledgeable, and so much fun to be around. Sebastian was wonderful and even entertained my 15-month-old granddaughter, which made the experience even more special for all of us! I learned a ton about cheese making and Italian culinary traditions — now I’m even wondering how I can schedule some one-on-one time with Vincenzo to learn more. The mozzarella we made was delicious, and the wine and food pairings were fantastic — truly a taste of authentic Florence. It was the perfect mix of learning, eating, and enjoying time together as a family. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Florence — it’s an absolute must-do!

This class was an amazing experience. Jess, our instructor was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Mozzarella was delicious. The wine was flowing. The wine from your vineyards is excellent. I am having a case shipped home, along with your delicious sauce, and olive oil. The generous amount of food you served us was delicious, lasagna, burrata, meats, and pesto. We also learned how to make the burrata. Thank you for your kindness and for your genuine Florence hospitality. Grazie, Francesca
