Discover the heart of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany. You’ll be greeted by your local hosts — warm, passionate chefs who will welcome you like family and guide you through every step of this culinary journey. You’ll start by learning the art of fresh pasta-making, using simple, high-quality ingredients like farm-fresh eggs and locally milled flour. Roll up your sleeves and dive into the process as you mix, knead, and shape the dough by hand, crafting classic shapes like pappardelle, ravioli and tortelli. You’ll also learn how to make traditional sauces that pair perfectly with your pasta — from velvety tomato sauces to rich pesto to butter and sage. Next, it’s time for homemade Italian gelato. Discover the secrets behind gelato’s smooth, creamy texture and how it differs from ice cream. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients like fruits from the garden, rich cocoa, hazelnut and pistacchio paste, you’ll make your own batch of gelato under the guidance of your instructor. After all your hard work in the kitchen, savor your freshly made pasta and gelato with plenty of Tuscan wine as you take in panoramic views of the countryside.

Such and amazing day and experience with Cris, Carmela and Livio today. It was hands on and so well organised with entertaining guides and the team behind the scenes. Delicious aperitif, lunch, wines and of course so many flavours of gelato ! Loved it, so much fun 🥰

They advertised the max of 16 people, but when we showed up, there were 30 people there. I was looking for a more intimate cooking setting for my family and would’ve never booked knowing that there were 30 people. When I asked why there were so many people they just said they were busy because it was close to the weekend, it was Thursday. We were unable to see the demonstration of how to make the pasta, and as a result, my kids were very frustrated when they were unable to do it on their own because of the large crowd, making it impossible to see the demonstration.

No words will convey the amount of fun my family had. It was well organized, food was amazing, they easily make accommodations for any food allergies or preferences. My teens absolutely loved it! It’s very hands on and they showed us how simple it can be to make amazing food. The staff was attentive and informative. But most of all they made you feel welcome. The views were amazing! It makes the vision you have about drinking vino with home made pasta in the hills of Tuscany a reality!
